Shipping & Delivery

• All raw bundle orders have a 2-5 working day processing period.

• All custom units have a 10-14 working day processing period.

• Orders will not be processed over the weekend and bank holidays. Please ensure to consider enough time to receive your package.

• After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Next-Day Delivery Service.

Lost property

Once the order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you encounter any problems.
